What is my real secret to achieving the perfect cottage style home and life you desire?

• Is it painting your walls the perfect color?
• Is it having furnishings that all blend and match perfectly?
• How about the perfect garden and outdoor space?
• Do you think it involves the perfect lighting and wall decor?

All the above things are wonderful to achieve and part of what makes up a nice home. However the secret is even simpler than having all of these things. You might be surprised to know, first things must come first. We must start from the inside out. So what is the secret to a beautiful and harmonious living space?

De-cluttered and organized spaces that lead to a peaceful and calming atmosphere! Why do I say this? It's because we want to make room for all those wonderful Flea Market Finds and vintage treasures we love. We want to be able to showcase our collections. Most of all we want to be able to spend time relaxing and enjoying our home.

If we start by de-cluttering and purging out the items in our home that we don't really love, then we can begin to enjoy our home in a whole new way. When we clear things out, we can begin to see potential in our home, we can see more light coming through the windows. We will personally feel more creative and peaceful all at the same time.
